Description:
Devanagari is an ancient Indian script that has been the most widely used script for representing Samskrita for several centuries. It belongs to the old and renowned Brahmi family of scripts and is also used to write a wide variety of languages such as Prakrit, Hindi, Marathi, Nepali, and others. Closely following the principles of Lipi Shastra, Devanagari is scientific and systematic in its usage.
This course aims to provide learners with a structured and interactive introduction to the Devanagari script. The direction of writing, shape, and proportion of the alphabets (called Varna-s) will be covered through systematic guidance and practice.
This is the 3rd batch of the Devanagari Script course, reflecting the continued interest of learners in gaining a strong foundation in reading and writing the script. In this interactive course, Dr. Sriprada Indrankanti will introduce learners to the fundamentals of Devanagari through systematic instruction and engaging practice.
This donation will go towards Sponsoring young learners to help them to Learn Devanagari Script for Samskritam - Batch 3
