"रामायणपरा ये तु रामनामपरायणाः ॥
त एव कृतकृत्याश्च घोरे कलियुगे द्विजाः ।" 

Those who are inclined towards Ramayana and who are always doing the japa of Rama-nama accrue a lot of punya in this Kaliyuga. 

Skanda-puranam, Uttara-khandah, Narada-sanatkumara-samvadah, Ramayana-mahatmyam, 5th Chapter, 49th and 50th verses.

Srimad-Valmiki-Ramayanam, often simply called Ramayana, is the first and ancient Bharata epic attributed to the sage Valmiki. It consists of seven Kanda-s and 24,000 verses. Parayana of Ramayana is said to yield numerous benefits. Elders advise to do the Parayana of entire Ramayana in 9 days. By the grace of Bhagavan Rama and elders, Vyoma Sanskrit Brothers are doing the parayana of Ramayana in 9 days. Each day the parayana would start at Sunrise and end at Sunset. Hence, this parayana is called as Udayastamana Parayana. As per the advice of the elders, this Navaha-Parayanam is considered to be a "yaaga" and the procedures of a yaaga have to be followed to get multifold fruits of the parayanam. A few of the procedures which are proposed by the grace of Sri Rama, as advised by elders, are - Punyahavaacana, various daana-s like Go-daanam, pancha-daanam, dasha-daanam etc., kalashasthapana, reading of Ramayana-Mahatmya and bhojana-prasadam. 

Devotees can use this opportunity to contribute to this yaaga, make this parayana more effective and get the blessings of Sri Rama. Sri Rama Prasada would be sent to all devotees taking part in this yaaga.
